  • We will bill Medicare the allowable fee for connected care services once a month. Medicare will cover 80% of the charge and you will be billed for any applicable co-payment or deductible. In most cases If you have secondary or supplemental coverage the remaining 20% will be covered and you will have no out of pocket expense. Although you may or may not come into the office every month, your account will reflect this charge and you will be responsible for payment.
